Grant services can be customized to meet your needs and provided on an hourly rate, packaged by project needs, or through a customized annual retainer/contract rate. Hourly rate is quoted based on service needs. Minimum rate is $50.00 per hour. Hourly services may include special projects, one off grant projects, training, and mentoring/coaching sessions.

Grant Readiness
A comprehensive organizational assessment that includes 2 one-hour consultation calls, organizational analysis, and readiness report with strategic recommendations that will get your organization on the successful track towards winning and managing a diversified grant portfolio. Suitable for organizations seeking to add grants into their operational portfolio or if seeking to add different grant funding streams into existing portfolio (i.e. state and federal). This grant strategy package starts at $2,600.
Grant Template
Provides a standardized grant format with detailed content specific to your organization and programs. This template provides comprehensive grant verbiage that will allow for easy editing and copy/paste for in-house grant writing as well as development and stakeholder presentations. Includes 2 hours of development calls, research and writing, up to two rounds of editing, and final grant template. This grant template package starts at $2,750.
Grant Strategy Plan
An organization specific action plan that outlines a grant strategy that provides actionable steps for organizations to self-manage their grants. Includes 2 one-hour consultation call, detailed prospect research to identify up to 20 viable funding opportunities, and grants calendar tailored to your organization’s funding priorities. This grant strategy package is $2,600.

Grant Writing 101
Training to provide an overview of funding types, how to find grant opportunities and do’s and don’ts of content development. $200 for 3 hours of one on one individualized virtual training; $350 for 3 hours for small group (up to 8 people) virtual training. On-site training may include additional travel costs depending on location.
Grant Opportunity Research
(Foundation, Local, State & Federal)

Provides a comprehensive listing of grant prospects that includes a background synopsis of the funder, contact information and notes on application process. $500 – per 10 prospects.

Highly customized support to help build skills for staff, volunteers and board members to increase operational and financial capacity for long-term sustainability. Available to provide sessions and coaching on strategic planning, board development, volunteer management strategies/systems, policy and procedure manuals, program development framework, and diversified funding strategies. Pricing dependent on level of consulting need and sessions.
Proposal Writing Services
Letters of Inquiry
(Letters of Interest/Intent) (LOI)-$250 for completion of one letter (3 pages or less) that provides organizational background information and detailed project proposal.
One-off Grants
We assist with more extensive grant opportunities, such as federal grants or complex foundation and government proposals, or provide grant writing services on a project-by-project basis. The cost estimate for a one-off project depends upon the proposal's complexity, grant readiness, and grant deadline. Schedule a phone consultation to discuss options.

We offer professional review and editing services for grants. With prices starting at just $200, we can help ensure your grant proposal is the best. Plus, our rates vary depending on the depth and type of editing you need, so you can choose the level of service that's right for you.
