Here is what you can expect when you work with KCL Consulting to meet your grant service needs:

ASSESS – A quick questionnaire and a free 30 minute consultation call will enable us to work with you to identify and prioritize needs and determine fit. Following the consultation call we can send you a customized proposal of recommended services and fee structure.
COMMIT – Once you determine that KCL is a right fit we will execute a time bound contract that specifically outlines the scope of services, fees, and payment structure. You will know up front, with full transparency how KCL is going to work for you. No hidden agendas and no hidden costs.

EVALUATE – We are now partners in the grant services process. As a new partner we want to spend time getting to know your organization inside and out. During this phase we will schedule a couple of inquiry meetings (Virtually or in person-depending on location) that will give us a deeper dive into identifying what is working, what is not, and where we can best fill in the gaps. This process is for a one-time project or a longer term contract for services.
EXECUTE – Once the grant applications have been identified we will begin the grant writing process. This will include providing you with a work plan with time bound benchmarks and check in opportunities so we are on track to meet the submission deadline and have all the checks and balances in place for a successful submission. This timeframe will include time for reviews and final approvals and the submission process. We are committed to communicating with you often and regularly throughout this process.
MEASURE – Our services don’t end with the submit button. Between grants is a great opportunity to prospect, evaluate, readjust, and make improvements. We recognize this internally as we continue to build, grow and improve our processes and we value this opportunity to continue working with our clients.
