Karen Lampert, owner of KCL Consulting has over 25 years of operational and management experience in the nonprofit sector. She has written a wide variety of grants throughout her career and has most recently written grants ranging in amounts from $10,000 to $4.0 million through local and national foundations, state agencies and federal departments.

In addition to writing grants, she has experience serving as a grant reviewer and previously worked as a Program Officer for a California based Community Foundation. This broad perspective of experience, both on the grant writing and grant making side, in addition to grant management, has enabled Karen to draw upon a vast diversity of intrinsic knowledge to be successful in crafting award wining grant proposals.
