Karen Lampert, owner of KCL Consulting, has over 25 years of operational and management experience in the nonprofit sector. Over the past six years, she has built a strong track record of securing transformative funding for greater community impact, having secured over $10.0 in funding across foundation, corporate, and government sources. Karen received her Grant Professional Certification in 2024. She has served as a grant peer reviewer and assisted in grant-making. Karen holds a BBA and an MA
degree and remains deeply engaged in the profession as an active member of the Middle Tennessee GPA chapter, serves on the GPF Board of Directors, and was the GPCI 2025 Ambassador of the Year.
